You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Recorly to record content you do not have rights to, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all recordings you create. Recorly retains ownership of the software, branding, and all related intellectual property.

6. Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

Recorly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Recorly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
